Maintenance technician E/M

(Fulltime 40 hours – 2 shifts – m/f)

What is your challenge?

Together with your colleagues within the Technical Service department, you take care of solving malfunctions in technical installations and performing maintenance work. You provide support for modification and new construction work in the WTB and E&I field, you take care of the electrical (re)programming of the machines and you carry out preventive maintenance in accordance with the maintenance plan.

After a thorough familiarization period, you will participate in the breakdown services.

Key tasks in the position summarized:

  • Carrying out preventive maintenance according to a fixed maintenance plan per machine/installation;
  • Supporting production in setting up, changing and adjusting installations/equipment;
  • Troubleshooting technical installations, including during breakdown services;
  • Ensure coordination of the moment of shutting down the installations;
  • Partly preparing and assisting in the implementation of modification/new construction work on installations/equipment;
  • Making proposals for improvement with regard to modification/revisions to equipment/installations;
  • You actively participate in projects in the field of new installations, improvements, etc.

You have at least an MBO work and thinking level in the field of electro/mechanical and a VCA (full) certificate. You also have several years of experience in a similar position. You have knowledge of software systems such as Microsoft Office and Ultimo. You are communicative and you have at least a command of the Dutch language.

Employee SHE

(Full time – M/F)

What is your challenge?

You have a versatile, supportive role within our professional, growing and friendly SHE department.

You are involved in the preparation, supervision and follow-up of inspections by the Competent Authority with regard to integrated safety (BRZO), Environment (Wabo) and Arbo. You also identify and anticipate relevant existing and changing legislation with regard to Safety and the Environment, and you take the necessary actions in the organization to (co-) implement it and to remain compliant. In addition, you are also involved in applying for and/or changing the environmental permit and the carrying out of associated measurements. You are responsible for the timely reporting of deviations to supervisor or MT.

In between you support your colleagues with other common tasks in the department. This varies from conducting internal audits, to supporting checks and external audits, analyses, risk studies and contributing to periodic reports. Senior Process Engineer

(Full-time day shift)

Do you contribute to the further professionalization of our processes?

You contribute to our ambition to make Diffutherm bigger and even more professional. Various investments are planned in the coming years to land and implement new production and process equipment within the current infrastructure. Since Diffutherm is a BRZO company, this entails a special and challenging complexity in the various projects. As a Senior Process Engineer you are mainly involved in:

  • Developing, managing and optimizing process engineering within Production. This concerns the control/control and machine operation of the actual production (and associated) processes.
  • Providing input from your expertise to and control of: P&IDs, MOC Projects, HAZAOP-LOPA studies, FMEAs, Recipe-process mutations.
  • Co-supervising new projects, including:
    • The purchase of new process/engineering infrastructure and getting it operational, whereby you yourself switch with the OEMs in the development, production and delivery of equipment.
    • Determining the project scope and supporting these projects during engineering, execution and implementation in production.
    • Point of contact for process related questions from production.
  • Continuously improving & challenging the organization, for example from complaints, problems, wishes and/or specifications in the field of process technology.

At Diffutherm we mainly work together and you use the different disciplines as much as possible to achieve the best result. In this position you report to the Manager Maintenance & Engineering.

Do you contribute to the further professionalization of our processes?

Then you are in possession of an HBO / WO study Chemical Technology or you have further developed after obtaining a Process Operator C diploma, supplemented with an interest in mixing, dispersing, high shear, kneading and filling techniques. You may also have knowledge of PI&Ds and operating systems. Practical experience with production processes is a must.

As Manager Maintenance & Engineering at Diffutherm you not only manage colleagues from the technical service, but you also ensure that investment & optimization projects run smoothly. You work closely with the production departments, Engineering & R&D to streamline preventive and curative maintenance. Continuously improving installed production systems by introducing automation and increasing equipment efficiencies is the common thread in your vision.

You are the owner of your CAPEX budget for initiation, coordination and budget control and you advise the management in this regard. The modern new production environment has a great diversity of machines & installations. “Old critters” & brand new machines present a variety of challenges. Business Controller (possibly ai)

What is your challenge?

In this all-round and varied position you are responsible for the following activities:

  • Monitoring cost prices, costs, margins and (production) efficiency figures;
  • Adjusting processes via PDCA cycle and analyzing data from SAP;
  • Optimizing the planning and control cycle in line with group guidelines, business strategy, long-term plans and external regulations;
  • Initiating and realizing improvement projects (such as implementation of BI tool / dunning / documents or invoice scanning) where necessary in collaboration with the Financial Controller;
  • Optimizing financial control in, among other things, investment projects and investment analysis (business cases);
  • Backup of the Financial Controller for monthly, (semi-) annual closings and reporting;
  • Supporting the management in the development of the strategy;
  • Ad hoc reporting to management or Würth Group.

In this role you report directly to the CEO.

What do you take with you in terms of knowledge and experience?

The ideal candidate has a completed HBO / WO education in the direction of business administration / accountancy / controlling with several years of relevant work experience, preferably within a production environment.

You have up-to-date and detailed knowledge of software systems, such as MS Office and SAP. Affinity with IT is necessary to be able to perform this function with great pleasure.

What is your challenge?

You are the most important link for our customers! As a spider in the web, you know the status of customer orders from A to Z through daily contact with our customers, our key account managers and the internal organization (planning & forwarding). In addition to the many personal contact, you meanwhile ensure correct order processing, follow-up of delivery times and prepare deliveries. If everything goes well, there are no complaints. However, if complaints do come in, you ensure the correct follow-up. Communication, feedback and follow-up is the basis of what matters within the back office.

Of course you don't do this alone, but together within a close-knit team of about 5 back office colleagues. You report directly to the Teamlead Back Office.

Are you ready for the next step in your career?

You have at least a relevant MBO diploma and you have several years of experience in a comparable commercial role.

What is your challenge?

Within your team of 5-10 colleagues, you take care of a wide variety of production orders together every day. You ensure the correct use of the required raw materials, machine and process settings according to established recipes. You check the progress of the process, register production information and identify deviations. Depending on your knowledge and experience, you can solve and follow up deviations independently. Of course you work accurately and according to the safety requirements and standards.

What is your challenge?
In the role of maintenance engineer, you are responsible for performing maintenance and troubleshooting and supporting modification and new construction work in the mechanical engineering (WTB) and electrical engineering (E&I) field. If Quality Assurance Coordinator are you the driving force behind monitoring and complying with the quality standards within our production and work processes. You ensure that our HSEQ management system is always up-to-date and complies with the latest laws and regulations, which is crucial in the chemical and process industry in which we operate.

In addition to your focus on quality, you support the HSE coordinators in the field of safety, environment and health aspects. Your role

Quality management & compliance

  • Manage and maintain the HSEQ management system.
  • Further developing, managing and implementing compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, NTA, RC 14001, Seveso, VCA and relevant laws and regulations, and monitoring compliance with these.
  • Preparing and independently conducting audits at suppliers, contractors and customers in consultation with the HSEQ manager.

Analysis & improvement

  • Performing trend analyses regarding quality improvement in the production process, in collaboration with our R&D/QC lab.
  • Analyze customer and supplier complaints and translate them into concrete improvement actions. This includes drawing up questionnaires for suppliers and ensuring that they are filled in periodically within the work process.
  • Advising and guiding internal and external audits, inspections and control rounds, with a focus on (product) quality.

Training & awareness

  • Training employees in quality procedures and creating quality awareness within the organization.
  • Communicating quality related issues within the organization.

Process optimization & reporting

  • Identifying bottlenecks, initiating improvements and contributing to annual reports, management reviews and objectives.
  • (Co-)responsible for drawing up the management review in the field of ISO and Seveso. Supporting the implementation of the results, so that the long-term objectives of Diffutherm can be achieved.

What are you bringing?

  • HBO/WO work and thinking level, preferably with a background in environmental science, business administration or chemistry.
  • Approximately 5 to 10 years of work experience in the chemical industry, with knowledge of chemistry and toxicology.
  • Knowledge of (inter)national standards and legislation and regulations in the field of quality (ISO 9001).
  • A disciplined and quality-oriented work attitude, combined with strong persuasiveness and a team-oriented mentality.
  • Strong analytical skills, process insight and a precise working style.

What is your challenge?

In this varied position, you will support the General Management Team (GMT) in a broad sense. You are a real go-getter, capable of completing matters. You are energised by the wide variety of tasks and you do not shy away from complexity.

As Management Assistant, you support the GMT at operational, strategic and administrative level. You take care of complex agenda management, plan appointments and business trips, prepare meetings down to the last detail and ensure clear follow-up of appointments and action lists. You develop and implement effective communication strategies that contribute to the GMT's involvement with internal and external stakeholders. You prepare presentations, analyses and reports, ensuring a clear message with impact. You also take minutes at meetings, monitor confidential correspondence and manage files with discretion. You act as a link between the GMT, internal departments and external partners, ensuring clear communication and cooperation. Finally, you actively contribute to the optimisation of internal processes so that the organisation can operate more efficiently and effectively.

Who are you?

You have a completed Bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar field and/or extensive work experience as a management assistant. You have an HBO working and thinking level and at least 3 years' work experience in a dynamic and demanding environment. In addition, you are able to set the right priorities, meet deadlines and create an organised and efficient working environment. You have excellent communication skills and can communicate effectively at all organisational levels. You are also proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Skill in SAP S/4 HANA is a plus. Finally, you have an excellent command of the Dutch and English languages both in writing and orally. Command of the German language is an advantage.
