For more than 50 years, Diffutherm BV has been developing and producing high-performance coatings, adhesives and sealants for the automotive, construction and industrial sectors. Our focus is on consistent quality, long-term durability and customer-driven solutions. In addition to our own product lines, we also provide toll manufacturing based on customer formulations. Responsibilities
As Production Teamleader, you and your team are responsible for the safe, efficient and stable execution of the production process. You monitor the progress of the planning and actively make adjustments where necessary, so that production targets are achieved without compromising on quality and safety. With your leadership, you create structure on the work floor and ensure good cooperation within the team.
You will guide and motivate operators in their daily work and act as the first point of contact within the team. In doing so, you will effectively transfer your knowledge and experience to both experienced colleagues and new team members, with the aim of continuously improving craftsmanship and performance. You identify bottlenecks in processes and proactively contribute to improvements that contribute to a more efficient and future-proof production environment. In this way, you make a direct and visible contribution to the quality and reliability of our products.
In this position, you will work in a two-shift system, for which you will receive a 13% shift allowance on top of your gross salary.
Your Profile
You have extensive knowledge and experience in process technology, you get energy from leading, managing and further developing a team, and you feel responsible for both people and results. If you already have experience in managing colleagues, you know how to use that experience effectively. If you do not yet have that experience, you are eager to further develop your leadership qualities and grow in this area. Safety is always your top priority and you act accordingly. In addition, you communicate clearly and professionally and have an excellent command of Dutch and/or English, with Dutch being preferred.
