Cavity Sealing for Long-Lasting Corrosion Protection

Cavity wax is a protective treatment in which special waxes and greases are applied to the hidden cavities of a vehicle, particularly inside doors and structural sections. These cavities are hard to reach and can accumulate moisture, which may lead to rust and corrosion over time. By applying cavity waxes, these areas are sealed, providing an additional layer of defense against environmental influences.

This treatment helps prevent the onset of rust, ultimately extending the lifespan of the vehicle and maintaining its structural integrity.

Our company, Diffutherm, has developed a special technology that allows the distribution of cavity wax to be monitored in all areas of the vehicle using UV light and a stethoscope. This means that the exact placement and spread of the wax can be visualized, ensuring that it has been applied evenly and thoroughly.

This method guarantees optimal distribution of rust protection, providing consistent and reliable corrosion resistance for all kinds of vehicles.
