Master Dissolvers for Coatings and Complex Compounds

Our master dissolvers are used to efficiently produce bitumen-based coatings as well as complex polyol, epoxy, and polyester compounds – including specialized blends with performance additives and fillers.

Recently, an IKA machine was added to enhance powder wetting and ensure thorough granulation before solution circulation during mixing. With batch sizes ranging from 3,000 to 5,000 liters, our master dissolvers provide the capacity and flexibility needed for demanding applications. Further investments in these machines are planned to continuously advance our production capabilities.
