About Us
For more than 50 years, Diffutherm BV has been developing and producing high-performance coatings, adhesives and sealants for the automotive, construction and industrial sectors. Our focus is on consistent quality, long-term durability and customer-driven solutions. In addition to our own product lines, we also provide toll manufacturing based on customer formulations. Since 2013, Diffutherm has been part of the Würth Group.
Responsibilities
- Independently operating mixing and filling machines after a thorough training process;
- Closely following recipes and batch cards;
- Carrying out quality checks with direct cooperation with our quality department;
- Perform (preventive) maintenance on machines and tools, to ensure that everything continues to run smoothly;
- Monitoring the quality of the production process like a true master!
Your Profile
Are you the person who bursts with energy as soon as the chemistry starts flowing? As an Operator you are at the heart of our production process every day, where you use your skills for a mix of mixing techniques and filling methods. Together with a dynamic team of colleagues, you are the driving force behind the top quality of our products and we are proud of that!
Safety is our top priority and as an Operator you are the undisputed champion. You enter an environment where experiences on all levels come together. We work in two shifts, with a working week of 40 hours, in which you can count on 24 days of vacation and the option to schedule most of the 13 ADV days flexibly. Now that's a good balance!
What we ask of you as an Operator:
An MBO working and thinking level (but as a student operator we are also happy to look at your options!), with a natural affinity with process technology. In addition, a good command of the Dutch and/or English language, with Dutch being preferred.
