QC/QA Analyst

About Us

For more than 50 years, Diffutherm BV has been developing and producing high-performance coatings, adhesives and sealants for the automotive, construction and industrial sectors. Our focus is on consistent quality, long-term durability and customer-driven solutions. In addition to our own product lines, we also provide toll manufacturing based on customer formulations. Since 2013, Diffutherm has been part of the Würth Group.

Responsibilities

As a QC/QA Analyst you are responsible for monitoring the quality of raw materials, intermediates and finished products. You proactively identify deviations using SPC methods, in order to prevent problems rather than correct them afterwards. You carry out physical analyses, such as spray tests, viscosity and density measurements, and compare the measured values with the specifications. You also contribute to improvement projects aimed at product quality.

If there are off-spec values, you make adjustments to the formulations based on guidelines and historical data. In addition, you support root cause analyses in case of rejections and help with re-measuring retention samples in the event of complaints. You release raw materials, production batches and filling samples if they fall within specifications, and you report complex deviations to your QC & Continuous Improvement Manager.

You enter measurement results into AlisQI and SAP and ensure corrections in process orders during production. You also coordinate the shipment, labelling and storage of retention samples and prepare reports and certificates. Furthermore, you keep the workplace and equipment clean in accordance with 6S standards and ensure the condition of measuring instruments through MSA. Finally, you comply with all safety regulations, work instructions and procedures.

Your Profile

You have at least a completed MLO 4 (secondary laboratory education) in Physical Chemical Analysis; a higher professional (HBO+) degree in Chemistry is an advantage. You have a keen eye for detail and experience in performing physical tests and quality measurements. With your knowledge of software such as Microsoft Office and SAP, you are able to enter measurement results accurately and proactively identify and resolve any deviations.

You have an excellent command of both Dutch and English, which enables you to communicate effectively with different departments. Safety, accuracy and continuous improvement are a matter of course for you, and you ensure that work instructions and procedures are always strictly followed.

What We Offer

Working at Diffutherm offers you the opportunity to make an important contribution to the further professionalization and growth of Diffutherm together with a great and enthusiastic team. You work in an open, family-oriented Brabant atmosphere with plenty of room for growth and flourishing. As a professional you make the difference and have an impact on Diffutherm's overall result. We have very short lines of communication with plenty of room for your own input and there is a hands-on, pragmatic culture. Naturally, we offer a competitive salary and good secondary employment conditions, such as a pension scheme and a very generous leave scheme.
