Our Code of Conduct

We attach great importance to strict compliance with all applicable national and international rules and laws, as well as to upholding our corporate values. In order to make this transparent for our employees as well as for our customers, suppliers and other business partners, we have derived concrete rules of conduct based on our company values, which we have summarized again in the Code of Compliance of the Würth Group.
Code of Conduct for Suppliers of the Würth Group
It is equally important to us to provide our customers with a value chain that is free from dubious backgrounds. For example, the use of conflict minerals is not an option for us. In addition, Diffutherm guarantees that all information on particularly hazardous materials is provided in accordance with EU-REACH regulations.

Reporting Hotline SpeakUp
Because we are looking for open communication with our customers, suppliers and employees, the so-called Reporting Hotline SpeakUp exists within the Würth Group. Research shows that information from third parties often leads to the clarification of white-collar crime.
For example, the Reporting Hotline SpeakUp enables you to provide the Compliance Department with information about criminal activity or serious violations of laws, our Code of Compliance or other guidelines. If you notice a violation, you can report it, even anonymously, and in any case in complete confidence.
